BEXHILL on SEA

the location

The house is located in Egerton Road, Bexhill on Sea, right opposite the beautiful Egerton Park. The park has activities for all ages. A great children’s climbing area, a boating lake, and cafe. For older users there are tennis courts, an indoor bowling club and an outdoor bowling club during summertime. For the fitness fanatics there is also an outdoor gym area.

The house is located right on the seafront, it is one row of houses back from the beach, so only 100 metres  to the sea. It is close enough to hear the waves tumbling on the shingle from the garden.

The local shops are only five minutes walk away. A great range of stores, restaurants, beauty, food, and charity shops.

the rooms

The Centre for family activity. Featuring a double feather cushion sofa and a comfy double sofa bed. There is a 64" TV to gather around and immerse yourself in a great film.
A whole room dedicated to eating. Gather the family together in this room and enjoy the fruits and labours from the kitchen. A great space that leads out to the garden.There is a small sofa for children that want to leave the table.
As food lovers this place is brilliantly equipped with every gadget you can think of or need. Its large enough to swing a cat or two. Those that are not so culinary minded can hang around the breakfast table to keep the chef entertained.
The entrance hall. Plenty of space to leave your coats, bucket and spades and shoes. Within a few steps you have access to the lounge, dining room and kitchen.

bEDROOM ONE

This is the master double bedroom nicknamed the Bling Room. Adjoining this room there is a door to the bunk room so you can keep an eye on the younger children or teenagers.

bEDROOM TWO

The twin room. It is as large as the master bedroom and from here you can view the ocean. Beds can be put together to make a double.There is plenty of space for an extra bed should require one.

bEDROOM THREE

The pine room. For those people who like to feel on top of the world, a double room at the top of the house next to the shower room and toilet. This room also boasts a view of the sea.
A great room for the youngsters. We can all remember sleeping in bunk beds when we were younger. The adventure of being up on top!

bATHROOM

This is a real bathroom not a cupboard. If you are one of those people who like to indulge in a long soak there is a lovely big bath. Do not feel guilty there are 4 toilets in the house.
Not any old shower room. For people who like a bit of pampering turn on the steamer and really have the personalised health spa experience.

CONSERVATORY/SHOWER

In case of a full house, the downstairs toilet and wet room. Usefully located for easy access from the garden and the dining room.
You cannot spend all your time on the beach. The South facing garden, really heats up quick in the sun. A brilliant space for alfresco lunches and barbecues.
What a fantastic stay we’ve had! We visit Bexhill twice a year and have stayed in many properties here but this was by far the best and surpassed all expectations.
Wonderful house in a great location. This house has everything you might need whether staying with adults, teens or younger children. Games, indoor and out, plenty of
8 of us stayed in this property with a dog. Everything was thought out so well. We only needed to take food and ourselves. The house was like home from home.
